Wha? This is an interesting claim. If there is truth to it, wouldn't one have to prove he or she:
1) Has the STD... could you subpena someone to get screened?
2) Prove that they knowingly gave the "victim" an STD?

Whow... that shit's crazy.

I'd be kinda for a fucking STD registration list tbh. Similar to ones for sex offenders.

People are incredibly reckless, There is a lot of money pissed away on campaigns to push abstinence / safe sex when the fact remains shit isn't slowing down. Mass sterilization would be kind of cool too, should have to pass a test to be eligible to bear children.

STD rates in my tri-country area are the highest in the country and locally almost match the country's average of 1 in 4 people infected. Highest rates of HIV / AIDS.

Also had an issue of a few homeless people infected would use needles to poke people to infect them. Also put the needles inside of the opening of soda machines and shit to stab people.

And, we have the highest rate of mothers who have kids and kill them. Even though law allows anyone to drop there kid off at a Fire Station / Police station, no questions asked to get rid of them.
