It is NOT Iksar Wearable. I know I tried a Level 1 Iksar Warrior just to see. "Your Race and/or Diety cannot equip this Item". The Regen rate is 5 HP PER TICK.....NOT 3......It is the same as the Iksar Regen BP. Again, I compared the Iksar BP and this on 2 different chars, both beat down to right around 100 hp's (both are right around level 40) and are Human, both Paladins. One wearing Iksar regen BP and the other wearing Rubi BP, both healed up at the same rate. both reached max HP's with a few seconds of eachother. Both were wearing absolutely no other piece of equipment and had nothing in there inventory except 1 backpack with food and water.

Just thought you would all want to know. btw, Im NOT selling mine. Not even for 100K =)

Firstly to answer your question iksar cannot wear this breastplate unfortunantly =(. I recently acuired one of these off some desperate guy that wanted the junk on my druid hehe lucky me =D. Anyway I'm selling or trading one of these on the Rallos Zek Server taking any offers looking for monk and druid gear =D send me a tell my name is Slashar

Envy, lust.. not sure what makes people post "factual" information about something they have never even seen.
If you have one of these BP, you will notice that they no longer list race as "ALL". They specifically list each and every race in the game EXCEPT for Iksar. Sadly they are not able to wear this plate looking piece, much like many others. Serpentine Bracers, Silver Plated legs, etc, etc.

Only one person says that Iksar can use it, but he is contradicted by the other posters.

This item is no longer pending lore. It isn't even lore. It gives +3 HP per tick. It IS wearable by Iksars, which is either an oversight, or just a nice thing VI did. Either way, IKS WAR, SHD & SHM can wear this and the effect stacks with thier innate regen ability. A VERY nice item for a race that was not supposed to wear plate. Of course, it no longer drops in the game and is hard to come by. But you can pick them up here and there.
