The most powerful "T2" guilds came to an agreement to rotate with themselves and the less powerful guild/s aren't part of it.
If TMO/IB/FE had a rotation set up and another guild joined them in that bracket, but didn't want to take part in that rotation, would you guys still cry like bitches in RnF for them? Doubt it, put your big girl panties on and stop crying over a guild that has a 90% fear rate on Fay.
