Bind in BB/Rathe/xx (cant remember where the other guy is) next to the mob who you use a say command (I will do blah) and he gives you a gem. Next make a corpse at the NFP turn in dude. Once you get the gem get rezzed turn in. Gate back and do it again.

I think that's the right order assuming so I've been told 2 hours of this will make you max faction.

This took me over 70 Bondl turn-ins to get me to kindly - at 6min per spawn and assuming maximum efficiency this would be 7 hours.

Not sure how people do the 3 hour grind (seems obscenely fast) but I would wager that it is a healthy combination of Bondl, woe/envy and a CoM + Ghiosk turn in

Field of Bone Iksar marauders(they all spawn lesser spirits.) best if you ask me. there is more than 1 so you dont have to wait for the respawn
