Inte Akera

Inte Akera is not accepting either Soulfire or Ghoulbane for the two blessings.

He simply hands either item back and asks 'What am I supposed to do with these?' This is with warmly faction, which should be more than enough.

Oddly enough also, after he spawns he then proceeds to sit on the floor of the windmill instead of standing!
