This once a week thing doesn't sound like a good idea. I am 100% sure anyone who wants to raid and isn't in TMO/IBFE doesn't want to go on vacation waiting for 3 weeks to pass so they can get mobs again.
Weighted point system. Make guilds choose what mobs they want each week. Keep FTE and remove variance. I am still finishing up my draft for it. And I apologize Jeremy. Might have been someone else, but for some reason 5/6 mobs and making 6 guilds fight for the last one rings heavily in my mind.
