Thats bs nirgon. I would hope we wouldn't absorb any of them. Hell, especially the ones that left us for there pixel lust. We never had a problem raiding, we had problems with stooping to there level of douchebaggery while raiding.

Trust me, I never saw tmo as a skilled guild. Tenasious mabey, but not skilled. Zergging was supposed to be for starcraft.

It isn't I've watched both guilds get people buffed and camped out at Trak, keep trackers going, and rush for mobs.

I would HIGHLY disagree with saying either guild is unskilled.

TMO definitely has more higher geared alts camped out around Norrath and runs like a well oiled machine. I've seen both sides mobilize, buff and execute.

FE,IB, A-Team (almost any guild) could just as easily take every mob if they were left up. It comes down to who can get the right people on at any given hour of the day (variance), has more alts camped strategically (3 years of Kunark lol) or people not in XP groups that don't leave when things pop. Skilled enough to make the kills? Easily. After the time spent farming Kunark, God I would hope so. So everyone can stop bragging about that part, this isn't about the content being hard anymore.

Just realize with TMO gone, another guild would take its place as getting 80% of the raid mobs.

That would require a lot of support from the GMs/Staff. They seem adamant that the community police itself. I don't see it happening. I wish it would though.

The community can't police itself. It has been proven here, it has been proven on live (Less than 5 servers on live out of the 40 whatever available made it work without staff intervention).

Enforced rotations or bust. Still a million times less work/more effecient than the FTE/Fraps debacle that they have now.

That's bullshit. Plenty of servers had very amicable arrangements without GM enforced anything. And given that this server probably has a much higher average age than any server back on live, I'd think we would have a better than average chance of acting like adults. Except for the manchildren that sit around watching anime all day. But that's a small minority of the server.

Yeah because the last few years on this server totally correlate with that assumption. [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

That's just cute. Blaming someone who doesn't play on the server for the problems caused by the people who play on the server. You're just as bad as tiggles.

Yup. Happened on my live server. We had a raid calendar for quite some time but invariably the local uber guild that was sick of waiting wrecked the whole thing. Might makes right is always their attitude. Without the GMs/Staff support of an enforced system all of this is a waste of time. A new TMO will step up and take their place.

That "guy" is responsible for 90% of all classic content done on this server and is neither in TMO or FE/IB etc.
