WHen you talk about mobs losing agro based on distance within the same zone, it is called LEASHING. That game mechanic was not introduced in Kunark. It was more like Planes of Power or Luclin. Mobs should not lose agro on anyone in the same zone based on distance.

Actually no, Kunark had unique distance-based aggro in classic. If you used a bolt at max range and then ran away from the mob, you'd have so much distance by the time the bolt landed that you were outside the range that the mob could path to. It wasn't a loss of aggro, the mob just didn't know where to find you so it ignored you; if you got near it later it would remember you and come running. Does not function on P99. Not really relevant though.

Currently (pretty sure) Trak touch is a melee proc, so any round of combat can fire it. Procs don't have cooldown, if it should be a cast with a cooldown we'd need evidence.
