I would say the onus is on you considering I already provided proof of a server that is not the way as you described EQ to be. You're the one claiming it was this way on 95% of servers, so please back up your claim.

And I say your example is the exception to the rule.

This is not a court of law, the onus is not on me to do anything other than provide information and let others to judge how they will.
