PvP Level Range on R99

tl;dr most of the pages, just going by the numbers. Someone made a suggestion that if level range is changed. If someone is out of range healing that level 60 or whatever, FLAG THEM so they can die or live depending on the outcome. No more out of range healing maybe midfight buffing? You complete heal a person while they are engaged in PVP whether new limit is 4 levels or 6 or stays the same, YOU CAN NOW BE KILLED. I am sure there can be a certain limit to the flagging so people don't finda way to abuse the system and spam YT on newly made healers.

I like the flagging idea if you can code it right. If you heal anyone that is out of range above your level you are tagged red to players +/- 4 levels of your level and the person you healed. Duration, something like 2-5 minutes.
