During the latest server repop, I had somone talk to Dexlin while i stood at the spawn spot for the tiny skeleton at 1073, -1713. He does pop above ground and runs to the bridge, but when he paths back to his spawn point, he falls below the world.

I believe I had read a post by you in a another thread that the Watchman Boots quest was fixed (somewhat at least). Going to move to resolved for now. Post a new thread if there is still lingering issues.
