below 75 starting stats

So there is a penalty if your base stats are below 75? Or is it just if a stat is below 75? For instance, I could have a base stat of agi at 70, but with a buff/gear it could go to 85... does the penalty still apply? Also, is this with all the stats?

as long as your agi is 75 or over, theres no penalty, doesnt matter how you meet it.

if so then why does everyone say put your starting agi above 75?

Doesn't really work for me as an argument to put agi over dex as the other 5 on a warrior (after 25 in sta). Knight, sure. But it's a question of min/maxing end-game vs. benefiting early.

its easier to plop the points in agi off the bat and gear for mainstats than have to ever worry about maintaining a minimum agi off gear just to avoid huge ac penalties.

edit because after reading my own post, realized it was barely comprehendable, so tired.

Crafted Boots give +5 agi. You can uprade those directly to Indicolite which also have +5 agi.
