![]() Aight I will grace you with my routing
Go to work to make $$$ Eat Whatever the heck I want cuz I can Go home and see the misses (great cardio IMO) Drink Beer, Eat, Play EQ Bed Rinse and repeat, who gives a flying hoot about what you can do in the gym, is the US being invaded, do those reps help you out in your day to day life? Live by doing whatever the hell makes you happy (most guys who want to get all swoll in the gym are doing it to impress other dudes...what does that say about you?) Squatting 500 doesnt make the bus that hits your crossing the street any less of a mess.

![]() You sir are a idiot, yeah people do what they want, eat what they want, live how they want, its all your opinion and a free country but did you know you could feel better than you do now just by some fitness in your life? Dont hate on it till you start doing it. Most people that are prescribed anti-diepressents dont even need that shit, just exercise and workout, and it could change how you feel about life just doing some basic shit like that. Its pretty sickening how doctors are now days just throwing meds and anti-depressents out to kids who dont even do anything but sit on their ass all day and dont move.

![]() Gaffin I'm not sure you're in a position to criticize overmedicating people considering you overmedicate yourself by abusing anti-anxiety medication.

![]() this sounds like a clinical depression issue for you sir. If you can only feel accomplished by working out in the gym then I am sorry for you.
I also truly hate people who think throwing random stats at people makes you right. They have also recently proven that excercise does not significantly impact your overall life expectency - this then becomes a quality of life argument. While working out might make your bones stronger (though probably not everyone) I would argue that the trade off is having to go to the gym when you could be doing something else. You have fallen into the old carrot on a stick problem where you will always be chasing happyness, where as I have already found it in doing exactly what I want to do. But to each their own. Go get all buff and then realize that you will be working for the nerd who doesnt work out and see who ends up happier. Thanks
