I won't address most of your bullshit, because trite and meaningless as you well know, but....

"Good German" is a phrase which isn't defined by the words, rather it's a proper noun (hence the capitalization). It speaks directly to the idea that many germans described themselves as good people in a shitty situation, trying to absolve themselves of the crimes going on around them. There is no such this as a good german in this context, the masses of german people were just as culpable - through their apathy and inaction - as the illest SS. Same applies with americans who aren't doing shit right now.
