Calling GiTS some anime is like calling Blade Runner or 2001 a space oddesy "just another sci-fi" movie. Sure it's an anime. But it's an anime above all others in a genre of its own. Full of mature and intellectual themes. The last one was even more deep. Innocence. The series stand alone complex blows away crappy shows like "24" or "Jericho" or "Star Trek" or just about any other crime drama/post modern reality bull shit. | ||
