I do not have those textures saved anymore. Really, the effect can be recreated fairly easily by anyone using a program called S3DSpy. The user need only locate the textures s/he wants from the appropriate .s3d file (in the case of Classic races, that's global_chr.s3d), extract the full set, rename them one-by-one to the names of the textures you want to overwrite (for example, renaming all male Dark Elf textures to match the names of the female Gnome textures), then drop the newly renamed files back into the .s3d file, overwrite everything when asked, and lastly, delete that .s3d file's texture cache (which would be titled global_chr.wld.txc, assuming you have texture caching enabled in the first place). Once you log in, the desired changes should be in effect.

I would hesitate to release any actual files myself, as I am not very familiar with P99 policies surrounding aesthetic clientside changes. Besides, as I said, I did not save these Frankenstein experiments. If your heart is set on trying this out, and assuming it would not go counter to any P99 rules, I would encourage you to tinker with the process on your own to see what you can come up with.
