In groups of 6 (with a waiting list of 10 or more), camping a small area with 3-5 mobs, and spending the rest of the time socializing.

Spent many-a-night sitting at dungeon zone-ins LFG, and many hours grouped in dungeons competing for respawns.

I remember before Kunark being able to walk through LGuk from zone in to Lord room, uninvis, and unaggro'd. Seb became that way with groups camping entrance spawns and ramp to disco, etc.

But if an item is highly sought either play off hours or make friends and get on a list.
