How about random character deletions.

Every time you use a profanity in ooc it puts your name in the drawing for random deletion. This will let the true hardened pvpers show how ballsy they are by cussing eachother out in ooc not giving a fuck if they get deleted. Cause they'll just come out back on top even if they do.
