listening to the "edited" version (others took too long ot get to any content) and listing my thoughts in order they appear:

#1 a reason for wiping is a new box is FUN. and it brings new and old players back because they KNOW it will be fun, at least for awhile. true, a wipe with 0 changes otherwise is going to be ultimately useless, but a wipe + teams will mean a TOTALLY new server. and the most fun part of any box is the beginning. sirken i don't know why you say we lost 40% every time vztz wiped/restarted...... i feel like the opposite, things got wiped AFTER ppl started not logging in. then server got wiped, and 1 month later server was thriving.

#2 -- char copies/ transfer. rogean said it would fuck up the economy..... well, think for a few seconds about transferring them in such a way that they WOULD NOT fuck the economy................. 3..2..1.. "o wait, transfer them over NAKED!" problem solved. (i myself advocate for a transfer with no-drops) setting up straw-men just wastes time and gives the appearance that you either a) don't consider an idea for more than 3 seconds or b) are attempting to side-step the suggestion for some unknown reason [You must be logged in to view images. who gives a fuck about R99 #1 if they are going to make R99 #2?

MAKE A NEW SERVER - let the 1st one die on its own. i know 50% of the pop would immediately transfer over to the new server. the other 20% would shortly follow. the remaining 30% (nihilum) could raid uncontested like they always dreamed. everybody's happy.

had to post this immediately because it's too exciting. will post again probably after listening more................


EDIT: also if you make teams make it somehow self-balancing so ppl can't stack the "evil team" or whatev -- imo just track the total hours-played by each team, and close out ppl from starting chars on the team with the highest hours played. (more complicated to actually be balanced, but you guys get the gist)

Yeah this seemed like PR to favor Rogean's anti-wipe crusade. Wipes always brought people back on VZTZ. But I've been saying for a while, I don't advocate a wipe here. Keep Nihilum99 going they can poop to their heart's content.

you sir are smoking fucking crack. the ONLY wipe that was good for VZTZ was the first wipe, after Voidd was removed from cheating, and Null was made head GM. that was the ONLY time the server hit 300+ every wipe after that saw less and less people. thats not a matter of opinion. please be less high before u post in the future <3
