Why do people trash talk the Ranger?

Most groups don't want -40% added into a group for a dps class when they could grab another class for that.

Rangers have a lot of skills to max, which make them prob one of the hardest classes to play. Gear them right, and they're excellent dps, and utility. I wish I rolled one instead of a pal to be honest. Sow and track prob a lot more useful than 0% res. Can't wait for expansions.
