Quest Issue: Vira - No reward for shovel of ponz quest

UGH. I even checked that before turning it in. I looked that the wiki and could have swore, but now I see the obvious differences.

I'll try a petition or farm the items again I guess since the shovel wasn't legit. I'm glad I know the reason.

I just dropped the quest items on the ground from Hazek to transfer to my mage Muhz. (second time collecting them) at around 9:01pm central (LITERALLY 10 seconds before the server wen't down). Now they are gone of course.

Can I please... have them restored to Hazek, or can you just give the shovel to Muhz after verifying with logs.

Create a petition/reimbursement post and explain your issue.
