One of the rarest mobs in the game. Rummored to spawn once a calendar year (not EQ year). I have seen only two of these shields on live and I one in P99 (early days, when rares were spawing "too often").

I sat next to the placeholder for this mob for hours and never bothered to kill it because I didn't know at the time and it was green con. This was probably back in November.
