If people here haven't read some of rotation ideas , please check this one out
http://www.project1999.org/forums/sh...ad.php?t=13067 I feel it's good ground work, and leaves room for more guilds to join, as well as knocking guilds out that can no longer fill the requirements. Thus keeping a rotation for guilds who deserve to be in a rotation.
