Oh, I also have an issue with damage.
It is capped where you can only do like 60% of someones max health. So, if I nuke a nube who has 100 hps, it will only do 60 dmg.
This was added long after SoL. They added this because wizards were logging in/getting out of the bazaar once an hour to go one-shot someone with mana burn thinking they had skill.
Can you guys change it back?

PvP needs fixed all around, skills and attacks are dumbed down in damage atm. And it always did full dmg for awhile.
