There really isn't an argument in your post. You can boil any raid encounter down to
"I'ts not hard guys all you need to do is have your healers heal, your tanks keep aggro, and you DPS do alot of damage"

There are some intricacies I know you didn't need to worry about in Velious because you didn't raid there until PoP was well underway.
