Absolutely. For the most part the sounds are intuitively named. I think that one is something like questend.wav or endquest.wav, and it's in one of the first few .pfs files. Seems like most of the basic sounds are in the first few (according to #) .pfs files, then it gets into mob-specific sounds and so forth.

I even turned down the "open bag" sound which is something like itmclth.wav. Opening one bag isn't too loud but if you have a hotkey mapped to open all bags it gets very loud.
