No, it is actually based off a guild from Erollisi Marr server called "League of Non-Aligned Wizards". It was a giant guild for wizards that gave them a home until they were in their 40s. They were really nice folks, encouraged good play ethics, and were the best folks to message to get a teleport. They were the best taxi service in the game. :P
