Every concept of justice involved violence (force). The difference is that you're comfortable surrendering all forms of violence to another party, whereas other people think violence/force/justice would be better if it were evenly distributed.

What is justice without force exactly?
a "might makes right" mentality is what i was suggesting hasbinbad is operating with, and not something that i'd like to be a part of which is likely from having been raised in the political atmosphere that i was raised in (see hometown). there's not an outright violence (force) against me by allowing due process to take place in another state. it's more respecting the imperfect system we have because it allows a stability that's desired in some places of the globe. a justice based upon empathy would be ideal, but that takes a removal of "self" and a reaching out to an "other" which isn't what is easiest to do.

The best definition of a government is an institution that has a monopoly on force.

You surrender your ability to legally imprison/arrest/sentence a person in order to have a central authority which everybody uniformly accepts to do it for you.

is there an issue with that for you? what you're describing is a system that has been around for thousands of years because we are not creatures that survive well on our own without a crippling dependence on technology.
