These people exist on P99.

TMO has claimed they have no desire to wake the sleeper, and I don't see why they would because they would want to farm it for their alts.

However, I seem to recall IB indicating they have a desire to wake the sleeper. I think it would be very interesting to see what type of train wars might happen with whoever decides they want to kill the last warder. I could see a full server collaboration among guilds to stop the last warder being killed.
