That's an excellent bind point near a vendor at least you can run there and hunt around that area where you can sell to vendor.

However, the Dark Elves in the other hand get spawned AFTER the bridge (the last third of the zone) where Neriak is in the first third of the zone and nothing around you (no city and no shops) that spawn point must be changed :P

They said they are having problems changing the spawn point no matter what they do. It has to do with the fact that Nektulos forest was revamped and all that crap.
