Identified the issue - Yes; It's a DDoS Attack.

Working on the issue - No; There's really extremely little I can do, so I'm not doing anything about it. Someone got mad at someone else over the game and wants to prevent them from being able to play - preventing hundreds of other people from playing at the same time. It's probably someone in a lesser raiding guild attacking the server so the top raiding guild can't raid. That's really how sad it is.
