Power of Fire - MQable?

I picked up a Power of Fire last night in SolA while we were camping efreeti/captain. Is this MQable? Anyone need it, if so? It's on my human monk, so I don't know if faction would be a concern. Someone in zone had mentioned it took them days to get theirs, so I'd be happy to help speed things up for someone else.

yes and very nice of you. took me 11 hours, others i heard over 20. very, very rare item.

There was a low level mage trying to find our camp so he could get it, but he never made it. I ended up looting it with about 5 seconds left on the corpse hoping someone could make use of it. Glad I did.
