As for the second portion - it is not about NPCs, it is about you harassing other players and breaking server rules. Training has been deemed an unacceptable act by both the staff and community of this server - so you training people on this server is indeed and example of you wronging them. You're not even arguing the right topics here guy.
As for people tossing their cigarette butts, I think they're inconsiderate and definitely don't condone people shitting up the environment.

I cant help but think you are trying way to hard.....I feel bad for someone who feels they have to acknowledge every question and or sentence thrown their way. Guilt is like a bag of fucking bricks, all you gota do is set um down.
