Legitimize claims? I don't currently work for the government, Glad we cleared that up.

Now to try and put it in newbie terms, Simply put most of these proxy programs you are running support a simple TCP connection where almost every standalone game like EQ, WoW, D3 and such do majority of connections via UDP. There ARE certain socks/5 proxys that support tcp/udp but nothing you are going to find free. I don't know if elaborating more is appropriate because last thing we need are a bunch of idiots learning how to run proxys to box p99. Plus the last thing I need is to get forum banned because I am try to explain to some apes/trolls the workings of certain game connection protocols.

@Graahle

I was merely trying to respond and chuckle at the quote below, Considering VPNs and IPs don't just come from china or india. They are all over the world, A large portion of them usually near data centers in very populated areas where there is a heavy bandwidth demand. That includes places like Chicago, Phoenix, Los Angeles, Miami, NY, ATL etc

Quote:
only way to control would be to end ip exemptions and probably ban all accounts from high VPN/IP proxy countries
