As for the game, I'm having a wonderful time, despite The High Asshole Element (TM). In a fairly decent guild, whose members don't give 3 shits about the bile us dumbasses spew on the forums, and who care a lot more about having fun and enjoying each others' company than shitting on each other over loot and obtuse guild politics. By and large, we ignore a lot of the trash that permeates Project 1999, and focus more on enjoying Classic Everquest while it lasts. We also talk about Megan Fox. A lot. Unnaturally so.

The only thing you dicks accomplished (which is a stretch of the word, reading old posts was by no means clever or innovative) was cockblock me out of the hardcore raiding scene, which I should actually probably thank you for, because while you turds are shitting in socks, exploiting pathing, talking shit ingame and on the forums about everyone who calls you out for being said turds, losing your jobs, alienating your families and friends, freaking out over loot that will be obselete in 6 months, cheating and scamming each other, and generally fulfilling the stereotype of the hardcore gamer, the rest of us are actually ENJOYING logging in and playing.

Not to shit on everyone else in Divinity, though. They're by far the most pleasant raiding guild on the server to deal with, and there's only one bad apple in the bunch. I hold no ill will to them, and fully expect them to end up being the go-to guild to join once all of DA and IB's leadership gets banned.

I used to think that casual play was for people that couldn't hack it in hardcore raiding. But what I've come to realize is that hardcore play is for people who can't hack it in casual gaming. :P

I don't really give a shit one or way another about this thread, except that Phallax is possibly the worst human being to play on this server, but I wanted to comment on this. I don't understand the appeal of Megan Fox. She looks like a porn star, and while porn is great yea, I don't idolize any porn stars or find them attractive beyond base physical appearances. I might just be weird, I have a thing for Emilie de Ravin from Lost, Brick, etc. Her being Australian, short, blonde, hot. Angelina Jolie circa a few years ago, and still now, incredibly hot. But Megan Fox? Unless she is some PhD candidate from Harvard who dropped out to fulfill a dream of having an acting career, she just doesn't do anything for me, am I alone on this?

It's not my views you're not sharing, it's the views of most human beings not just Americans who are able to produce a shred of empathy for their fellow man. The Armenian Genocide took place nearly a century ago, in a place on the opposite side of the globe, yet when I read the news or meet someone who recognizes the events that took place and mourns the unnecessary losses I feel genuine emotion and sorrow for what happened to those people for no reason. It's called empathy, not a differing viewpoint or opinion. Empathy is a base human ability to share and understand another person's condition, not merely shrug it off since it has nothing to do with you. The fact that you exhibit such a callous disregard for human life, let alone the actual feelings of another human being is what makes you an absolutely horrible person not just someone with a differing viewpoint.
