Sounds like he's an iksar? I had problems with mobs in the pit being too hard and mobs at the newbie area being too easy lol.

You can venture out into Lake of Ill Omen for a level or two if you want... the further out you go the harder the mobs get. It's never camped out there so you'll have a pick of the mobs [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]
