It takes more than just removing variance to fix multiple years of a guild being allowed to cheat, train, and exploit the competition away.

Bans need to be handed out to those deserving (read: everyone present for z-axis exploiting VP on at LEAST one occasion witnessed and documented)

That's a start, but just changing variance now is too little; too late. They are too well geared for that to fix the endgame.

^Amelinda allowing an entire guild to be caught exploiting blatantly, and no bans issued, again. This has seriously happened too many times to keep count now. Every time they're caught in public they get some bullshit excuse as to why they're not being banned and then "slapped on the wrist".

Bans are needed to fix the endgame and the complete dissolving of TMO.
