Kicked to arena

Having an issue where when i die I get Disconnected and booted back to character select screen. Upon relogging i find my character in Arena with no Souldbinder, or exit to lake Rathe. Unable to get back to my corpse, very frustrating and a game breaker for me [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Anyone got any hints or tips to try? Wanna play but dont want to run the risk of this happening each time i die
