petition to bring back xp loss on death

so without xp loss on deaths we have found

1. people bind rushing
2. people killing group mates in pve
3. people refusing to give up zones after they have been defeated

it is time to bring back xp loss in pvp, although at a MUCH lower amount then previously. in classic it was like 1% or 1 or 2 dark blue mobs. lets make that happen again by dividing what the xp loss was by like 5
