Each time you fail to get raid boss it's considered a wipe making you sit out a roll leaving you behind + starting a thread in hopes you can get support for a Rez. Until thread reaches 10 posts you have Rez effects and can't engage next boss until then

Every turn you can recruit more players onto your guild, they can either be Tanks healers DPS or Support.
Every time a raid mob card is revealed it will have icons on the bottom that say you can only beat this dragon if you have a certain number of each player in the zone.
Like Trakanon would need 2 Tanks 3 Support 2 Healers 3 Dps. While Venril Sathir will need 1 Tank 3 Healers 1 Support 2 DPS.
When a guild attempts a raid mob the opposing guild can play RnF cards like "Batphone Malfunction: Move an opposing guilds DPS out of the zone" To cause the other guild to fail. The guild attempting the raid mob can also play RnF Cards like "I caught that on Fraps!: Negate a RnF card a player has played this turn"
