The conditions of her 'facilities' were abhorable even by 3rd world standards, terminally sick people crowded on the floor next to mildly ill people with no blankets and barely enough food to keep them alive.

Of the millions of dollars in donations that she had received, next to none of it went to any of her 'patients', most of it is still sitting in Vatican bank accounts and the bulk of what was spent went between opening her own Catholic Missionaries to spread more gospel and the rest of the money went to her buddies Charles Keating and the Duvalier family so they could continue making Haiti a worse place to live.
