Does the NPC Rysva To`Biath in Neriak support multi-questing? I have one book and someone else has another book. Will we be able to multiquest it?

Follow up question: Guides online say that if she responds to hails, you will be able to do the turn in. I used an apprehensive conning alt to hail her and she did respond. If I have a friend charm her so she is indifferent, seems like it should work?
