Repeating Keystroke problem

Hello, I am having a repeating keystroke problem. I can't figure out what it causing it. What happens is when I press a key it sometimes repeats itself over again. So a text might look like this "HHHHHeyyy whaaats uppppp?" I thought it might be a multi core issue but I'm using Duxa's cpu fix link and it didn't help. Im not sure if its a frame rate issue or what but its really annoying and getting worse. This does not happen in any other program. Any idea's?
