In all honesty, I doubt any changes will come soon. GMs were just trying to feed the bs we wanted to hear. A few months ago we went from "PVP changes in the works" to "if you want changes, write the code yourself and MAYBE nilbog will consider it, or stfu."

at least were moving in a direction, and its pretty clear - instead of just being stuck with blue balls
