I don't know what the legality is of selling plat in the first place considering RMT is against the emu rules..so this seems a lot like a drug dealer trying to sue the guy who broke into his house and stole drug money.

Yea the guy that stole the money is in the wrong but so is the guy who had the money in the first place =p
