Bullshit, he knew. There was an agreement in place from the start that Visc got an epic via Sly's stolen eye and the next eye would go to the FE guildbank. There are enough former BDA in FE to realize where that shit came from. I find it hard to believe that everyone in FE were completely ignorant of the fact that Visc magically attained an epic after FE had yet to get an Inny eye.

You don't buy stereo equipment out of the back of someone's truck for next to nothing then feign ignorance after the cops tell you that the merchandise was hot.
