Twink warrior gear

Hi all, im trying to twink a friend but dont know whats better. A friend of mine told me cobalt gear its really good for extra ac, is ac better than stats? Ive checked wiki equiment for warriors, but i dont think it is right on many items or i dont understand.
I can spent 5k per piece, 10k on any maybe, and fungi+fbss.
Im thinking on dual lamms for lvl dmg cap. What do you think? Ogre cultural? cobalt set? mithril? thanksfor help.
