What time does Night start/end

It's easy to discern the day/night change over if you go to places like Lake Rathe from the SK zone line.

Time here is setup same as live (According to Prathun on the Sony forums):

9p to 7a. 10 hours of night, 14 hours of day. He indicated that day began "around 7am" in one post. He'd stated there was some give based on the timers in the server.
