Number 1: Gnome Warrior
Number 2: Erudite Paladin
Number 3: Anything Ranger

All three of those classes are so bad at solo'ing and lvling, not to mention heavily gear dependent, that no one would even consider rolling one as there first character unless they had the full support of a guild.
