i cant lauch project1999 server :(

Hi there, i am having troubles for play eq.
1) I downloaded everquest titanium but i dont know if its the right game with right expansions [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.].
2) I follow this guide http://www.project1999.org/forums/showthread.php?t=2651
But its not enough, how i config eqemulauncher? when i tried to config it, i get this error:
"you do not have enough permissions to the specific EverQuest directori. Aborting patching...

I need help [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]. can you link me a complete tutorial to install this? thanks!
